The Veterans Day Program will be Tuesday, November 11, 2025. The guest speaker will be Sergeant First Class William G Green. The Honor Wall Ceremony including place this years honor wall plates will be at 9:45am. Next will be followed by the Program at 10:15am. The flag Honors will be after the Program and the Band & Choir will perform during the flag ceremony. The event will be held at the Cochrane-Fountain City High School located in Fountain City, Wisconsin inside the School Gym. Let us thank those who have, are or will serve to protect the freedoms we enjoy. This event is open to the public.

Sergeant First Class William G. Green currently resides in Alma, WI. He graduated from Cochrane-Fountain City High School in 2003. After attending college for a couple of years, he joined the Wisconsin National Guard in 2005 as an infantryman. He has been called to deploy overseas three times, with his most recent in 2020. He is currently still serving in the National Guard. He has held multiple roles spanning his 20 years of service and has attended numerous courses.

He has also been awarded and received the following the Combat Infantryman Badge, Driver's and Mechanic Badge, Meritorious Service Medal, three Army Commendation Medals, three Army Achievement Medals, three Meritorious Unit Commendations, the Army Good Conduct Medal, five Army Reserve Components Achievement Medals, the National Defense Service Medal, the Afghanistan Campaign Medal with a Campaign with Star, the Iraq Campaign Medal with a Campaign with Star, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Humanitarian Service Medal, two Armed Forces Reserve Medals with an M device, the Armed Forces Reserve Medal, three Noncommissioned Officers Professional Development Ribbons, the Army Service Ribbon, two Overseas Service Ribbons, the NATO Medal, the Florida National Guard Active Service Ribbon, the Wisconsin Service Ribbon, 17 Wisconsin National Guard Write Awards, and two Wisconsin Emergency Service Ribbons.
